1. General

The owner and operator of the website easysportstream.com (the "Website") and of the EasySportStream apps is Tooming Solutions OÜ (registry code 12074601), located at Lepa 12, 50705 Tartu, Estonia.

These Terms govern the EasySportStream PRO subscription, which you buy inside the iOS or Android app. Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) processes the purchase under its own terms; refunds and cancellation are handled by them. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled in your store account. Deleting your EasySportStream account does not cancel it.

By buying the PRO subscription or using EasySportStream you agree to these Terms.

2. Activation and Service Start

PRO is activated in the app as soon as Apple or Google confirms your purchase. Free PRO access that we grant ourselves, such as the free trial, has no subscription behind it and never renews or charges you. The free trial ends on its own.

3. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Consumers (i.e., natural persons acting outside their business activity) ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act ("Võlaõigusseadus") implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

3.2 Because you pay for PRO through Apple or Google, they take the payment and handle cancellation and refunds, including any request to withdraw from a purchase, under their own terms. We do not take payment ourselves and do not receive your card details.

3.3 To cancel, turn off renewal in your store account (iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Deleting your EasySportStream account does not cancel the subscription, so cancel it in your store account first.

4. Data Protection

Personal data collected (name, email, phone number, etc.) will be processed by Tooming Solutions OÜ in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, in order to fulfil the contract, deliver the service, provide access to the paid features, send transactional communications and (where permitted) marketing information. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to opt-out of marketing notifications at any time by sending an email to info@easysportstream.com. For deletion of your personal data, contact the same email address.

5. Streaming of Events

EasySportStream does not host, receive or store the video of any event. The event organizer broadcasts from their own device directly to their own channel on a third-party platform (for example YouTube) or to another streaming destination they choose, and any recording is held by that platform and by the organizer's own device, not by us. We therefore hold no recording that we could review or remove. If you appear in a broadcast and want it reviewed or removed, please contact the event organizer who published it and the platform that hosts it, under that platform's own procedures (see also section 6). 6. Broadcast Rights and Liability

6.1 The event organizer retains all broadcast rights to the sporting events streamed through EasySportStream. By using our platform to stream an event, the organizer represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to broadcast the event, including but not limited to venue rights, participant consents, music rights, and any other intellectual property rights.

6.2 EasySportStream operates solely as a technical platform provider, offering the EasySportStream app, its live-scoreboard tools and the PRO subscription. We do not claim ownership of any broadcast content and do not assume responsibility for verifying that organizers have obtained proper rights and permissions.

6.3 The organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tooming Solutions OÜ, EasySportStream, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from rights violations, including but not limited to copyright infringement, unauthorized use of likenesses, or breach of venue agreements.

6.4 If you believe that content streamed through our platform infringes your rights, please contact the event organizer directly. For assistance in identifying the appropriate organizer, you may contact info@easysportstream.com, though we disclaim any obligation to mediate rights disputes between third parties.

7. Video and Third-Party Services

Live video is streamed directly from the broadcasting device to YouTube and/or Facebook, using each platform's own broadcast ingestion service, or, with the PRO feature Custom RTMP, to any RTMP/RTMPS server you choose (such as Twitch, Restream or your own server). EasySportStream does not operate video-streaming, encoding, or transcoding infrastructure of its own; the transmission, encoding, hosting, and playback of the live video stream are governed by the terms of the platform or server that receives it, for example YouTube's and Facebook's own respective terms of service.

8. Payments

Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) are the payment providers for the PRO subscription. They handle your payment details under their own terms and privacy policies; we never receive your card details.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please email info@easysportstream.com. If we cannot resolve the issue by agreement, you may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee (tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at https://ttja.ee/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon or invoke EU online dispute resolution via webgate.ec.europa.eu.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be accessible on the Website. If changes are material, we will notify registered users or display prominent notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any contract between you and Tooming Solutions OÜ are governed by Estonian law.
