Delete Your Account
How to request deletion of your EasySportStream or EasySportScore account and data
At a glance:
- EasySportStream and EasySportScore share one account, so deleting it removes it for both apps.
- Delete it in the app (Profile > Delete Account, in EasySportScore or EasySportStream), or sign in and request deletion from your Profile page on the website.
- Deletion is permanent and removes your account and profile. Stream session records and EasySportScore matches are not erased at that moment; they expire on their own schedule (details below).
- Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel PRO in your store account first (details below).
- Some data is kept for a limited time after deletion: up to 30 days for usage logs, about 90 days for stream session records (details below).
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Open the EasySportScore or EasySportStream app and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.
Option 2 — From your profile on the website
- Sign in to your account (the same one you use in EasySportStream and EasySportScore).
- Go to your Profile page.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Request Account Deletion.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your deletion request will be queued and processed within 7 days.
Option 3 — By email
If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to info@easysportstream.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Account deletion request". We will process your request within 7 days.
Requests must be sent from your registered email address so we can verify account ownership.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email, authentication identifiers)
- Your connected social accounts (YouTube, Facebook OAuth tokens)
- Your subscription and billing records held by EasySportStream
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel PRO first in your store account (iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions; Android: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions), or you may keep being billed.
What data may be retained
Some data may be kept for a limited period after deletion:
- Up to 30 days: anonymised usage logs retained for fraud prevention and security auditing, after which they are purged.
- Up to 90 days: EasySportStream stream session records (the teams, the start and end times, the device language and the approximate country of the stream, which our server works out from your IP address when a stream starts) expire and are removed automatically about 90 days after the stream started, for streams started on or after June 4, 2026. They carry your account id until then, and deleting your account does not remove them earlier. Records made by earlier app versions may also hold a city, a venue name and the coordinates your device reported.
- Not removed automatically: a small number of EasySportStream stream session records of streams started before June 4, 2026. They hold the account id, the teams and the start and end times, but no location, and have no expiry date. Deleting your account does not remove them either; email info@easysportstream.com to have yours deleted.
- About 7 days: EasySportScore matches (team names, scores and the match’s share link) expire and are removed automatically about 7 days after their last update.
- As required by law: financial transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax or accounting regulations.
Streams published to YouTube or Facebook are stored on those platforms and must be deleted separately through your YouTube or Facebook account settings.
